Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver luxury interior fit-out projects from concept to flawless completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex, high-spec interior projects, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional quality, on-time.

  • Lead and manage luxury interior fit-out projects from concept to delivery
  • Oversee planning, procurement, budgeting, and execution to ensure seamless project management
  • Align cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and consultants towards excellence
  • Champion HSE standards, risk management, and quality assurance at every phase
  • Drive timely approvals, smooth coordination, and design perfection
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute project plans, budgets, and timelines
  • Manage and coordinate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and contractors
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Collaborate with design teams to deliver visually stunning and functional spaces
  • Maintain open communication channels with clients, stakeholders, and team members
Requirements:
  • At least 15 years' experience in construction, with at least 5 years in luxury fit-out project management
  • Strong portfolio managing complex, high-spec interior projects
  • Proven ability to handle multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
