Commercial Fitout Project Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Fitout Project Leader to spearhead high-end interior fit-out projects in KSA.

  • The ideal candidate will lead all commercial and contractual aspects of high-value interior fit-out projects from inception to final account.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the commercial & contractual function from pre-contract to handover.
  • Demonstrating strategic leadership through astute procurement, claims, and cost reporting.
  • Managing subcontractor contracts, guarantees, and insurances effectively.
  • Authorizing major payments, forecasts, and project financials.
  • Fostering a top-performing commercial team through mentorship and guidance.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent).
  • No less than 12 years of experience, including 5+ years in high-end fitout projects.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation & commercial acumen.
  • Experience managing multiple fitout projects concurrently.
  • Expertise in contract management, cost control, budgeting, and claims management.
  • Proficiency in project invoicing, subcontracting, and financial reporting.
  • Strategic leadership, negotiation, and team management skills.
  • Fluency in English.
