The role plays a critical part in helping customers accelerate their cloud transformation journey and achieve business value and outcomes from their SAP landscape.

  • You will act as a trusted technical advisor to our customers and partners, analyzing customer business requirements and problems, working across departments to provide quality services, resolve technical complexities, and support throughout their cloud transformation journey.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as primary contact for customers regarding technology and innovations, resolving technical issues.
  • Understand customer business, goals, and challenges to suggest solutions and services.
  • Identify and promote SAP Enterprise Cloud Services offerings that deliver value to the customer.
  • Provide comprehensive knowledge on SAP S/4HANA architecture, migration paths, methodologies, and tools.
  • Design optimal SAP configurations to maximize system performance and availability.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Management.
  • Solid knowledge of SAP Technologies and Products (SAP certification highly beneficial).
  • Hyperscalers certification (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
  • Analytical, solution-oriented, with experience working in cross-cultural teams.
Experience
  • Experience with SAP Basis, including administration and operations of SAP solutions.
  • Customer-facing experience with excellent de-escalation skills in critical situations.
  • Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux systems.
