Cloud Transformation Consultant

Our team is seeking a Cloud Transformation Consultant to join our dynamic group of professionals. As a Cloud Transformation Consultant, you will play a key role in leading and delivering cloud-based transformation projects for clients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading demandas de projetos de transformação digital based on Salesforce features;
  • Understand the client's needs and transform them into solutions on the Salesforce platform;
  • Providing solutions and recommendations following best practices on Salesforce;
  • SUPPORTING THE PRODUCT OWNER IN CONCEIVING STORIES AT THE LEVEL NEEDED FOR CONFIGURATIONS;
  • Configuring and parameterizing the Salesforce platform;
  • Building functional documents, user stories, and test scenarios;
  • Reporting activities and estimates to the project manager, as well as being responsible for the functional solution on the IBM side;
  • Analyzing information to determine patterns of behavior, root causes of problems, and possible solutions;
  • Acting as a liaison between technical and business teams to ensure that all results meet client needs;
  • Working in structured environments of development, QA, and UAT, focused on implementation.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Dominant concepts of the Salesforce platform, Sales Cloud processes, and Service Cloud;
  • Able to synthesize, communicate effectively with clients, and possess excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Modeling data, logical reasoning, and mapping functional and non-functional requirements;
  • Designing processes, use cases, and usage scenarios;
  • Ability to build user stories and prioritize backlogs;
  • Knowledge in agile projects (Kanban or Scrum);
  • Negotiating solutions with the business area that meet Salesforce best practices;
  • Industry knowledge.
