Position Overview
The Senior Sales Account Manager will oversee key retail clients in the consumer goods sector, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment that encourages a growth mindset, ideal for curious thinkers and change agents.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead commercial negotiations and contract interpretation.
- Manage and monitor investments aimed at executing market strategies.
- Develop Joint Business Plans (JBP) and track essential KPIs such as sell-in/out, market share, and point-of-sale execution.
- Analyze market data from store checks, sales visits, and market reports to identify opportunities and propose effective solutions.
- Create and oversee a calendar of promotional activities both online and offline.
- Build and guide a multifunctional team (indirect reports).
- Strengthen commercial partnerships with clients to enhance business relevance.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.
- Valid driver's license.
- Desirable: Proficiency in English.
- Remote work environment with client engagement and store visits.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within the client portfolio area.
Experience
- Familiarity with administrative and commercial processes.
- Experience in sales within the consumer goods sector; online channel experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented with a growth mindset and accountability.
