The Opportunity

We are hiring a Data Insights Manager for our Business Transformation and Customer Experience Insights team in São Paulo. As a Data Insights Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing large data sets and synthesizing insights into actionable product recommendations. You will work closely with the business to understand their pain points, understand the unsaid needs of senior business leaders to get ahead in structuring analysis and building thoughtful strategies.

Your Impact

  • Analytical approach that can rapidly assess a business problem, structure and evaluate options, and deliver results, translating analytical findings into coherent business strategy;
  • Proactively provide data-driven insights and recommendations for better customer experience by improving the product, digital channels strategy, and workforce operations;
  • Work closely with the business to understand their pain points, understand the unsaid needs of senior business leaders to get ahead in structuring analysis and building thoughtful strategies;
  • Partner with team leaders globally by providing analytical insights through accessible business-oriented datasets and visual data dashboards and act as a trusted consultant;
  • Storytelling through data – quickly delivering executive-level presentations and dashboards, enabling us to uplevel and act on data and insights in real-time;
  • Lead the CX Insights team in developing reports and dashboards to accurately monitor our customer journey effectiveness.
  • Coach, train, and mentor data analysts. Be a stakeholder in the development of junior talent.
  • Engage and drive technical teams on data integration and infrastructure to enable the necessary datasets to provide valuable insights.

Requirements

  • A true team player who loves working towards both team and individual goals with at least 0-3 years experience in business development, sales, corporate relationship management, or account management;
  • You have the ability to work both autonomously and collaborate in a team environment;
  • A self-starter who can multi-task and adapt to a fast-growing organization;
  • You enjoy working on multiple priorities and projects;
  • A strong communicator both written and verbal;
  • You are tenacious and goal-oriented;
  • Energetic team player with excellent written, verbal, & conceptual skills in both English and Portuguese, with the ability to communicate complex data and technical concepts clearly and concisely to a non-technical audience;
  • Experience with managing stakeholders' requests, pushing for prioritization, and impact;
  • Solid people management experience in technical setups;
  • Relevant work experience in analyzing large data sets and synthesizing insights into actionable product recommendations;
  • Experience in Business Intelligence and data visualization tools such as Tableau and Metabase;
  • Excellent SQL skills required - translating a business request into code that answers a question;
  • Understanding of data pipelines, data modeling, and data architecture and experience working with data engineers.
