Job Overview

The Foreign Exchange Middle Office supports the Investment Bank's electronic trading and payments platforms by managing foreign exchange operations and providing client service.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional client support through all touchpoints
  • Collaborate with Front Office to facilitate electronic transactions for clients
  • Contribute to onboarding queue efficiency in line with business Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Swiftly identify and resolve any client issues raised by internal stakeholders or clients
Key Skills Required
  • Capacity to evaluate risk in processing requests from Front Office, with a questioning mindset and clear communication to management if concerns arise
  • Able to comprehend complex system processes; experience with vendor systems is beneficial
  • Knowledge of covered products (Foreign Exchange, Commodities) is an asset
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, effective communication, and strong presentation skills
  • Good analytical abilities, due diligence, and attention to detail
