Project Manager

As a site manager, you will oversee full-time on-site management in Jundiai, Brazil. You will monitor schedules using MS Project and attend meetings with clients, construction companies, and design offices.
Key Responsibilities:- Anticipate deviations and propose solutions considering cost, benefit, quality, deadline, value, and safety.
- Verify execution procedures, approved materials, and scope of work.
- Plan and control weekly activities applying Lean Construction principles.
- Manage economic aspects related to responsibilities.
- Analyze budgets and negotiate with suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with environmental operational controls.
- Maintain updated records of actions within areas of responsibility.
- Solve complex problems related to activities.
- Higher education in Civil Engineering or Architecture is required.
- Candidate must be registered with CREA/CAU.
- Proficiency in Office package, especially MS Project is necessary.
- Experience with large-scale projects, preferably retail commercial is preferred.
- Availability to travel is required.
- Knowledge of project management software and BIM tools is beneficial.
