World-class Project Manager sought for a cutting-edge role.

About the Role

As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences through post-sales support, product implementation, Go Live, and immediate post-Go Live support.

You will work closely with clients and internal functions to set project timelines according to scope, support end-to-end technical integration, and ensure all systems align with scope.

Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks related to Go Live or other deliverables.

Clear, timely, professional communication is critical, as is accurate project tracking and reporting.

You will also host weekly client calls and hand over well-documented complete project packages to the Client Support team at closure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow standardized client integration procedures and implement improvements as needed.
  • Efficiently lead an integration plan for each new client opportunity.
  • Manage multiple client integrations simultaneously, with projects in various stages of the pipeline.
  • Maintain professional relationships with all departments within the organization.
  • Track and monitor key integration functions, including timeline, certification, live testing, and project closure.
  • Present an overview of OneSource portal for clients pre-Go Live.
  • Develop and maintain strong personal initiative and ability to execute with minimal oversight.
  • Drive projects, establish priorities, and meet critical deadlines.
  • Assist with PVT for new products.
  • Manage internal integration projects as needed.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field required.
  • 2+ years of experience in project management, consulting, operations, or other relevant project management experience.
  • 1+ years of experience with payments or e-commerce.
  • Excellent project management skillset.
  • Successful track record of driving results by utilizing consultative skills.
  • History of building and escalating customer relationships at all levels.
  • Attention to detail, professional presentation skills, and ability to work with complex projects.
  • Strong organization and communication skills required to effectively work with other areas of the business.
  • Ability to be flexible and work consistently in a dynamic and changing environment.
  • Effectively manage and/or triage Implementation-related escalations in a timely manner.

Reporting and Location

The Integration Project Manager will report to the head of Client Project Integrations.

50/50 Home/Office located in Sao Paulo. No route travel expected.
