About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enrollment Advisor to join our team in Brazil. As a key member of our enrollment team, you will be responsible for promoting our top-ranked four-year Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) Program across Brazil and the Southern Cone.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate year-over-year lead volume growth through business development and sales efforts.
  • Develop and implement strategies to engage with prospective students, agents, counselors, and parents.
  • Travel and attend/host events to enhance school and community relations and generate leads for our program.
  • Promote our program through outreach campaigns, events, webinars, masterclasses, and institutional activities.
  • Manage a large pipeline of prospective applicants using Salesforce CRM.
  • Engage with pipeline frequently and effectively to convert leads from initial inquiry to application completion.
  • Consult prospective candidates to understand their needs and challenges and demonstrate how our program can meet and address these.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • English proficiency
  • Spanish proficiency
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • 2+ years of sales, business development, or recruitment experience with proven success
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work and drive success independently
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM preferred
