Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our global HR Operations team. As an HR Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing employee personal information, conducting historical documentation audits, and performing quality assurance on internal documents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Management: Extract and verify critical personal ID details from high-volume personnel-file reports with precision and efficiency.
  • Audit and Compliance: Conduct employment records audits to confirm accuracy of personal and job-related information, ensuring consistency with project requirements.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform quality control on internal documents following defined standards, flag inconsistencies, and ensure clear, actionable feedback.
  • System Evaluation: Evaluate system permission records against actual authorizations, documenting any discrepancies thoroughly and reporting findings accurately.
  • Onboarding Oversight: Oversee pre-employment documentation (e.g., I-9 forms) and coordinate necessary medical checks across the AMS region, ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Time and Attendance Coordination: Manage daily timekeeping processes with accuracy, collaborate with department leads to reconcile overtime and attendance, and uphold company and legal attendance protocols.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory for communication with global teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing onboarding compliance, conducting quality and document audits, and building structured Quality Assurance processes with exceptional attention to detail and strong time-management skills.
  • Proficiency with HR Information Systems, database tools, and MS Office—especially Excel, and familiarity with employee attendance tracking or scheduling systems.
  • Solid communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Good understanding of personal data protection and labor compliance standards.
