Healthcare Assistant Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Assistant to provide care and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in assisting with daily living activities, ambulation, nutritional needs, and household duties.

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe and sanitary environment, providing medication reminders as directed, and maintaining consumer confidentiality. Additionally, they will encourage consumer independence and control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist consumers with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Support consumers with mobility and transferring.
  • Prepare healthy meals and snacks for consumers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized living environment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year of experience working in a healthcare setting preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
