Workers Compensation Defense Attorney

We are seeking an experienced and skilled attorney to represent clients in workers' compensation claims. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in labor law, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex legal procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in workers' compensation claims, including petitions, settlements, and court appearances.
- Manage cases from initial consultation to resolution, gathering evidence, drafting/reviewing legal documents, coordinating with medical professionals, and handling depositions.
- Negotiate with opposing counsel to achieve fair settlements.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in workers' compensation law and compliance requirements.
- Provide clear legal advice to clients, explaining rights, processes, and potential outcomes.
Requirements:
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- An active license with the state bar.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in workers' compensation law.
