Key ResponsibilitiesThe Regional Manager is responsible for defining and executing a regional distribution plan that drives business results. This includes leading a team of sales coordinators, setting targets, and monitoring performance to ensure excellent customer experience and consistent brand development.
Area Objectives- Meet or exceed volume and distribution targets for the region.
- Ensure seamless execution of annual business plans.
- Maintain optimal stock levels across distribution channels.
- Develop long-term distribution strategies to drive business growth.
- Establish annual investment and sales forecasts for distributors.
- Cultivate strong commercial relationships with distributors based on mutual benefit.
- Empower distribution partner managers to create tailored action plans for sustained brand growth.
- Lead distributor task forces by leveraging individual strengths to maximize performance.
- Conduct thorough analyses of factors impacting brand development in the region, identifying areas for improvement.
- Oversee budget management and monitor free goods inventory.
- Regularly gather and share critical information from distributors (stock levels, sales trends, etc.) with relevant stakeholders.
- Provide periodic updates on distribution objectives progress.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Proven experience in commercial roles, particularly in distributor-facing positions.
- Leadership experience and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong communication, motivation, and negotiation abilities.
- Advanced English language proficiency.
