We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support services to customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Meeting customer requests and incidents, solving them according to technical procedures and agreed deadlines;
- Providing Technical Support Service in Infrastructure Level 2 for customers, resolving low, medium, and high complexity incidents;
- Creating and keeping technical procedures and knowledge base up-to-date;
- Interacting with other levels of support to find solutions;
- Performing mission-critical services and interacting with customers at all hierarchical levels;
- Offering end-user service, helping and solving doubts related to the support/infrastructure area.
Requirements include:
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 7/10/11);
- Assembly and disassembly of computers and notebooks, formatting, and imaging;
- Inventory control administration;
- Knowledge in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file server, print server;
- Knowledge of routers, switches, WiFi;
- Knowledge of backup routines;
- Knowledge of Antivirus tools;
- Knowledge in Office 365, installation, configuration, and administration of rules;
- User support, configuration of Desktops, Outlook, Exchange, installation of Applications, Hardware, Printers, etc.
