Position: Category Sales Lead - Accommodation Solutions

Industry: Maritime and Offshore

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies: Drive business growth by creating and implementing effective sales strategies specific to the maritime and offshore industry.
  • Cultivate client relationships: Build and maintain strong connections with key clients to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Create business opportunities: Identify opportunities for new suppliers with established Brazilian end-customers.
  • Achieve sales targets: Establish, meet, and work to exceed sales goals, contributing to the overall success of the company.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, International Relations, Production Engineering, or related areas.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Maritime and Offshore industry in Sales, Supply Chain, or Technical Areas.
  • Experience with accommodation solutions for ships and platforms in Brazil, e.g., flooring, lighting, doors, windows, etc.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and system tools.
  • English fluency.
  • Located in Rio de Janeiro or willing to relocate.
Key Personal Attributes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and teamwork abilities.
  • Goal-oriented and driven to exceed sales targets.
  • Experience with OIC, Platform Owners, Shipowners, and Shipyards is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM/ERPs, international logistics, import/export, and hosting exhibitions/events is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Petronect, SAP Ariba, Coupa, and Shipserv is a differential.
