Project Coordination Role

Seeking a highly skilled project coordinator to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and be part of a successful project management team. The role involves coordinating projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding customer expectations.

Responsibilities:
  • Translate concepts into product specifications.
  • Work with the sales team to define project scope and develop proposals for customers.
  • Execute projects while maintaining scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Coordinate with internal and external resources to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Monitor progress, coordinate cross-team activities, and proactively identify and resolve potential resource or process conflicts.
  • Identify project risks and develop plans for risk mitigation.
  • Provide technical support to customers, troubleshooting applications, and providing information.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Engineering or related fields.
  • Previous project management experience within the industrial sector, preferably with machinery and equipment manufacturers.
  • Technical qualifications in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent working experience.
  • Computer systems knowledge/skills, such as Word, Excel, AutoCAD, and MS Projects.
  • Commercial affinity and ability to communicate effectively and directly with customers.
  • Good questioning skills to understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, tasks, and resources concurrently.
  • Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish.
