Objetivo do Cargo:
- Responsável pelo processo contábil e fiscal das empresas;
- Identificar e analisar as variações entre real e orçado de receitas, custos e despesas;
- Auxiliar na elaboração de planos e projetos de melhoria;
Atividades Principais:
- Acompanhar e analisar os investimentos da empresa a fim de alinhar com as necessidades estratégicas e orçamentárias;
- Planejar provisões e consolidação de relatórios financeiros e as demais atividades pertinentes à função;
- Coordenar, planejar e organizar as atividades das áreas contábil e fiscal, assegurando a qualidade das informações e o cumprimento rigoroso dos prazos;
- Conduzir o fechamento contábil mensal, em conformidade com as normas e pronunciamentos contábeis (IFRS e CPC);
- Garantir o envio correto e pontual das obrigações acessórias;
- Identificar oportunidades e implementar melhorias nos processos fiscais, com atenção às funcionalidades do sistema ERP;
Requisitos:
- Experiência comprovada nas áreas contábil e fiscal;
- Conhecimento aprofundado em normas contábeis (IFRS/CPC) e legislação fiscal;
- Vivência com processos de fechamento contábil e obrigações acessórias;
- Capacidade de liderança e gestão de equipes;
- Domínio da metodologia POC para apuração das receitas;
- Conhecimento da funcionalidade MAPA – Mapa de Lucro Imobiliário;
- Domínio de sistemas ERP;
