
Customer Success Solution Expert

This role is pivotal in driving the growth of a leading CX platform.
The Principal Solutions Consultant plays a key part in presenting compelling and value-based solutions to clients, ensuring they are satisfied repeat customers.
This individual owns all technical, solution, and competitive aspects of the sales cycle. They provide recommendations for prospects and clients, understanding their business issues, designing solutions that solve those issues, and clearly communicating and demonstrating the solution's value.
Strong CX domain expertise and knowledge of best practices in customer engagement are essential skills for this role. The ideal candidate must be both sales-focused and technically savvy, with experience selling to Enterprise and Mid-Market executives.
They work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product Managers to bridge the gap between Sales Representatives and their prospects. This person takes ownership of the prime technical relationship with our prospects, proactively managing and delivering technical information to our customers onsite, online, or via telephone.
Main Responsibilities:
- Understand client business needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Lead clients to success through strong CX domain expertise and best practices in customer engagement.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent customer experiences.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in solution consulting or a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering successful projects and exceeding customer expectations.
