- Execute processes and drive team performance on key metrics by ensuring process execution according to client contract
- Drive focus on quality and adherence to contract compliance through briefings and debriefs
- Prepare and share performance data with clients for informed decision making
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) to improve quality parameters and enhance team performance
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage and resolve issues efficiently
- Organize team engagement activities to foster a positive work environment
- Identify opportunities for automation and provide support to the automation team to streamline processes

- Resourcing: Hire adequate resources for the team
- Talent Management: Ensure adequate onboarding and training for team members
- Performance Management: Set goals, conduct timely reviews, and provide constructive feedback to drive employee growth
- Employee Satisfaction and Engagement: Lead and drive engagement initiatives, track satisfaction scores, and identify initiatives to build engagement
