Marketing Manager - Event Experience

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the development of customer-centric experiences for promotional events on Amazon.com.br.

Your goal will be to drive deals discoverability and long-term engagement initiatives through strategic planning, tactical execution, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement onsite experience strategies for promotional events from start to finish.
  • Create data-driven approaches to help customers discover events and deals on the Amazon.com.br website.
  • Maintain expertise in site merchandising through experimentation and innovation.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to build creative briefs, content plans, UX wireframes, and more.
  • Drive automation initiatives for onsite merchandising in partnership with global teams.
  • Partner with marketing teams to develop long-term customer engagement initiatives.
  • Track and report campaign metrics to measure performance.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record managing multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English and Brazilian Portuguese (written and verbal).
  • Background in digital marketing and content production timelines.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
