Global Engineering Services Compliance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill this compliance role. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations across all aspects of our business operations.
About the Role:
The Compliance Manager will play a critical part in maintaining our company's integrity by identifying potential risks and implementing effective strategies to mitigate them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive compliance program
- Stay up-to-date on regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance
- Analyze and report on compliance metrics and trends
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., law, engineering, business)
- Proven experience as a compliance manager or in a related field
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel frequently (up to 50% of the time)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., French, German, Polish, Arabic, Turkish, Afrikaans, Zulu)
