About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee our organization's transactional processes in key areas such as Accounting, Tax Calculation, and Accounts Payable.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, experience with automation technologies, and analytical problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities include ensuring process efficiency through compliance with established KPIs and SLAs, developing effective strategies for our Shared Services Center, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will also collaborate with other functional areas and business leaders to ensure efficient service delivery and manage complex financial calculations.

This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration, and an MBA/Postgraduate degree in Controllership, Financial Management, or related fields.

Additionally, they will have more than 7 years of experience in Shared Services Centers, work experience in a multinational company in a matrix environment, and solid knowledge of accounting, financial management, and internal control procedures.
