Onboarding Analytics Leader

The Senior Data Analyst for Onboarding will play a pivotal role in shaping and structuring onboarding analytics from the ground up. This involves creating actionable insights, data-driven tools, and key performance metrics to facilitate faster, smoother onboarding experiences at scale.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop a robust reporting framework for Onboarding that brings structure and scalability to a fragmented ecosystem.
- Collaborate with onboarding, product, and data teams to define key onboarding metrics, build informative dashboards, and empower self-serve analytics.
- Analyze data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities across the onboarding journey.
- Provide insightful data-driven recommendations to stakeholders across the organization to inform strategic decisions and process improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering).
- At least 5 years of experience in an analytical role with exposure to operational or product-facing analytics.
- Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively translate complex data into narratives for various stakeholders.
