As an Operational Efficiency Specialist, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements that drive growth and profitability.

  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Lead tool onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions and vendor management.
  • Stay up-to-date with new features and capabilities across our GTM tools, continuously improving how we work.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in GTM tool management, especially Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data tools like Looker or Tableau.
  • Ability to simplify complex tech ecosystems and eliminate unnecessary tools or processes.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and rolling up sleeves to solve problems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Salesforce certifications, such as Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder.
  • Experience with ABM or multi-touch attribution models.
