Job Title: Commercial Director for Brazil

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Director to lead our business in Brazil. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive commercial strategy to drive growth and revenue in the Brazilian market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a commercial strategy to drive growth and revenue in Brazil
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in Brazil
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform commercial strategy
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a commercial or sales leadership role, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Proven track record of driving growth and revenue in a fast-paced and competitive market
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
