Job Title: Commercial Director for Brazil

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Commercial Director to lead our business in Brazil. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive commercial strategy to drive growth, revenue, and market share in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a commercial strategy to drive business growth and revenue in Brazil.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies, tactics, and processes.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform commercial strategy and decision-making.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to ensure commercial success.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial leadership roles, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, revenue, and market share in Brazil or other emerging markets.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform commercial strategy and decision-making.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
