Job Overview

The Hiring Assistant role is a unique opportunity to join our team and make a significant impact. This position requires daily communication in English and involves supporting hiring, talent hunting, people operations, and administrative processes with a proactive and communicative approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the recruitment process by proactively identifying and engaging top talent.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective administrative processes.
  • Work closely with colleagues to provide exceptional support and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Must-haves: Excellent English proficiency (spoken and written); ability to work in Florianópolis – SC; strong interest in head hunting, people operations, and administrative work; exceptional communication skills.
  • Nice-to-haves: Previous experience with administrative or service-related tasks; familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets; experience working in fast-paced environments or startups; international experience; undergraduate degree.
  • Soft skills: Proactivity, problem-solving mindset, clear and effective communication.
