The HR Operations Specialist is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the team in various human resources activities. This role involves a range of tasks, including maintaining personnel records, managing payroll processes, updating internal databases, preparing and revising HR documents, and coordinating with external partners to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Organizing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date personnel records.
- Supporting payroll activities, ensuring timely and accurate payment of salaries and benefits.
- Updating and maintaining internal databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Preparing and revising HR documents, policies, and procedures.
- Liaising with external partners, such as auditors and consultants, to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations or related field.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
