About this role

  • This is a Senior HR Operations position, reporting to the People Services team within the HR Business Partner organization.

You will be responsible for managing and responding to benefits-related ServiceNow tickets, resolving Tier 1 concerns promptly. You will work closely with senior members of the People Services team and cross-functional teams to identify and escalate complex benefits issues as necessary.

Key responsibilities include ensuring timely resolution and communication to affected parties, facilitating benefit vendor onboarding processes, and coordinating local benefits for Brazil and Mexico. Additionally, you will support new hire onboarding presentations, address benefits questions, and complete offboarding activities including exit interviews and documentation required by local authorities.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR or a related field, along with 2+ years of HR operations or consulting experience. Proficiency in systems such as Service Now, Workday, and Google Suite is essential. Fluency in English and Portuguese, and proficiency in Spanish are also required.
