Teaching Assistant Opportunity

This role provides critical support to Head Teachers in delivering quality education, creating engaging learning experiences, and ensuring the well-being of students in a dynamic school environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Head Teacher to design and implement effective lesson plans, fostering a culture of inclusivity and excellence;
  • Assist in managing classroom resources, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations;
  • Contribute to the development of pedagogical projects, enhancing student outcomes and academic achievement;
  • Maintain a safe and organized learning environment, adhering to school standards and guidelines;
  • Support the creation of visually appealing classrooms, promoting a positive and stimulating atmosphere;
  • Adapt educational activities to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with special requirements;
  • Evaluate and ensure student safety, providing guidance and intervention when necessary;
  • Ensure smooth student transitions during arrival and departure, maintaining a secure and welcoming environment;
  • Accompany students during meal times, promoting social interaction and community building;
  • Take on additional responsibilities in the absence or temporary unavailability of the Head Teacher, demonstrating adaptability and leadership skills;
  • Document student progress through various means, including videos and photographs;
  • Attend regular meetings, conferences, and professional development workshops, staying up-to-date with best practices and industry trends;
  • Comply with established school policies and guidelines, including RED HOUSE procedures.
