">About the Role
">We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Representative to join our team in Jakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for providing memorable experiences for our guests from the moment they arrive to their departure. Your primary objective will be to ensure that every guest feels valued, heard, and satisfied with their stay.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Greet and Check-In Guests: Welcome guests warmly, efficiently check them in, and provide accurate information about hotel facilities and services.
- Respond to Requests and Resolve Issues: Anticipate and respond promptly to guests' needs, resolve any issues or complaints, and take proactive measures to prevent future problems.
- Settle Accounts and Process Payments: Accurately process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
- Add Personalized Touches: Record special billing arrangements for groups and conventions, and take initiative to enhance guests' stays through personalized service.
- Promote Hotel Facilities and Services: Up-sell and promote hotel facilities and services at every available opportunity to maximize sales revenue and exceed guest expectations.
Requirements and Qualifications
">To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, a strong service-focused personality, and minimum one year of experience in a similar capacity or preferably in the area of guest services/tele-marketing. Additionally, you should have strong knowledge of Opera Cloud and other Reservations systems, be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times, and meet the qualifications outlined below:

Benefits and Salary
">As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of IDR 15,000,000 - 20,000,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth and development.
