Customer Support Representative

  • Clarify, solve and escalate customer (merchant) and end-user queries or problems.
  • Support internal, external, and third-party customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Triage cases within defined SLA.
  • Respond to and resolve or escalate cases to internal or external teams.
  • Maintain ownership of support cases until resolution.
  • Monitor and answer on different support channels.
  • Be part of an on-call rotation schedule for 24/7 coverage.
  • Help enhance documentation to minimize repeating support issues.
  • Coordinate with different teams: dev team, customer support, product management.

Requirements:

  • Previous work experience in customer support or operations role.
  • Excellent English skills (written and verbal).

Preferred Skills:

  • iOS or Android experience.
  • Previous knowledge of Salesforce Service/CRM.
