Job Title: Automotive Maintenance Coordinator

Job Description:
As an Automotive Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring maximum availability of equipment and systems. This involves analyzing problems and making informed decisions to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.

Key responsibilities include contributing to the reduction of inventory and spare parts in the warehouse, implementing and developing ISO 9000 programs, TPM, security, and other initiatives to ensure a safe and healthy work environment. You will also be responsible for ensuring clear, fast, and accurate communication within the team, between teams, and with clients.

Additionally, you will need to ensure the participation of team members in defining goals and objectives, provide necessary training to team members based on skill matrix, and prepare successors at all levels. You will also be responsible for maintaining the integrity of assets and employees through proactive actions in the field of safety, hygiene, and occupational health, aimed at zero accidents.

Other key responsibilities include managing maintenance contracts and other service contracts, administering them to ensure performance, actively participating in analysis and failure mode effect, and implementing action plans. You will also lead the search for partners to develop alternative components aimed at quality and cost, deploy tools of predictive and preventive maintenance, and assist in preparation of TCO studies for choice of equipment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A degree in a related field is required.
- At least 3 to 5 years of working experience or exposure in a similar role is preferred.
- Willingness to relocate to the job location is a must.
