Key Position: Director of Growth Product Management

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead our growth product management efforts. The primary objective of this role is to devise and implement strategies that drive top-line company growth through improvements in the user experience on our website.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Foster effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to set and align goals.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative product discovery to inform business decisions.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on expected return on investment (ROI).
  • Analyze our inbound funnel to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Lead a team to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated expertise in improving revenue generation for web-based acquisition funnels.
  • Ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams towards common goals.
  • Aptitude for managing diverse stakeholders to set ambitious, measurable, and actionable objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Past experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
  • Prior experience conducting qualitative user research and specific user testing.
  • Strong judgment in determining when perfection is necessary versus acceptable compromise.
  • Solid experience running web experiments (e.g., A/B tests) and different platforms (e.g., Optimizely).
  • Prior experience recruiting and managing teams.
  • Ability to convincingly communicate, negotiate, persuade, sell, challenge, and inspire.
  • Foundational knowledge of SQL (desired).
  • Basic understanding of statistics (desired).
  • Prior experience with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Miro/Mural) (desired).
  • Familiarity with various marketing analytics tools and platforms (desired).
  • Experience working with CMS products/platforms (desired).
  • A 'spike' in a particular marketing channel (e.g., SEO, PPC) (desired).
  • Prior experience working for a remote company (desired).
  • Holding product/marketing roles in B2B, especially B2B lead-generation businesses (desired).
  • Advanced English language proficiency.
