Logistics Operations Manager

About This Role
">As an Operations Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of warehouse associates and ensuring they have the necessary training and resources to focus on their jobs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review work forecasts and determine productivity requirements to meet business objectives
- Partner with other team leads to balance labor and ensure efficient shifts
- Support safety programs and OSHA compliance to ensure a safe working environment
- Identify and lead process improvement initiatives and Lean tools
Team Management:
You and your team are responsible for delivering excellent customer service. You must ensure that team members are properly trained and have their needs addressed so they can focus on their jobs. Additionally, you will lead change and support long-term career development through assignments in multiple facilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations or related field
- Direct management experience in manufacturing, production or distribution environments
- Advanced level of English and Fluent Portuguese
