Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years in a Senior Systems Engineer role, working within Datacentre or Cloud Platforms
  • Citrix product stack, deploying and configuring Citrix Apps and Desktops (formerly XenApp and XenDesktop) and Citrix ADCs (Netscalers)
  • VMware product stack, deploying and configuring ESXi, vCentre virtual appliances, and network integration
  • Active Directory and Windows Server knowledge, specifically DHCP, DNS, AD/FS, and HyperV

Desirable skills include:

  • Strong Microsoft Azure, Intune, SCCM and/or AWS knowledge
  • Backup solutions Veeam & CommVault experience
  • Knowledge and exposure to an MSP ticketing system such as Service Now, ZenDesk, Cherwell
