Key Role Overview

We seek a highly skilled Vendor Manager to join our International Imports team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to drive vendor onboarding, negotiate terms, and handle promotions.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with global vendors to improve product category sales, by driving store marketing promotions, negotiating partnerships, and reacting to industry trends.

You will be responsible for analyzing complex data, communicating outcomes to stakeholders, and collaborating with Retail, Finance, and Inventory Management teams to align on category opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Drive selection, secure great prices, and increase convenience/speed to accelerate business growth.
  • Onboard vendors and manage negotiations to improve terms, pricing, and promotions.
  • Analyze business data, projections, and margin structures; communicate outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on category opportunities and execution.
Required Skills
  • Team management experience
  • Account management or project management experience
  • Experience with vendor negotiations, pricing, and promotion or inventory management
  • Master's degree
  • Knowledge of data analysis and business decision-making
