About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Client Services team in Structured Finance Solutions at the Apex Group. As an Assistant Vice President, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring service delivery, and leading project initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop client relationships to drive business growth and satisfaction.
  • Oversee service delivery and ensure that clients receive exceptional support and service.
  • Lead project initiatives within the Structured Finance Solutions team to enhance service offerings and improve client experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that benefit clients.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in client services or a related field, with a strong track record of managing client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting client expectations.
  • Knowledge of structured finance products is a plus, but not required.
