Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic HR professional to drive regional and global HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional academic credentials, relevant experience in leading cross-functional teams, and a proven track record of delivering precise and compliant HR operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute effective HR strategies that align with business objectives
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to create impact across all HR regions
  • Be accountable for HR processes such as talent development, succession planning, performance assessments, onboarding, culture, and engagement initiatives
  • Work closely with managers to deliver high-performing teams
  • Coach and advise people managers on full-spectrum employee relations issues
Requirements:
  • Exceptional academic background from high school and university
  • Proven experience in HR leadership, preferably within a technology business
  • Strong project management skills with ability to define done and keep deliverables on track
  • Able to leverage data to make informed decisions
  • Fluent in business English (written and spoken)
  • Self-motivated, organized, accurate, confident, authentic, results-orientated, open-minded, and enthusiastic
