We are looking for a talented Sales Analyst to join our team. As a Sales Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing inbound sales requests and handling client inquiries.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to incoming property sales inquiries full cycle and handle requests generated from online sales channels;
- Support the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics;
- Interact and negotiate with clients, help them understand our business, and solve any queries they might have;
- Proactive daily pipeline management in our CRM system.
- A nice-to-have experience in sales or account management;
- The ability to run exploratory calls, be an active listener, and handle objections and negotiations effectively;
- Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays;
- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment;
- A customer-first mindset and hunter mentality;
- A coachable individual able to implement feedback;
- Advanced English skills, with the ability to communicate fluently.
