We are seeking a highly experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the execution of construction projects in the UAE.
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead and motivate construction teams, ensuring clear communication and high performance.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and controlling site plans, accurately calculating required human and material resources.
They will also create, implement, and enforce comprehensive Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) plans on site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and control site plans, accurately calculating required human and material resources.
- Create, implement, and enforce comprehensive HSE plans on site.
- Lead and motivate construction teams, ensuring clear communication and high performance.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Team to monitor and control construction costs.
- Establish and maintain a robust quality management system and control plan.
- Liaise with clients, authorities, consultants, and stakeholders to provide timely project updates.
- Interpret and apply technical drawings, tender documents, and contract requirements effectively.
- Monitor productivity and progress, ensuring accurate measurement and recording of works.
- Manage testing of technical components, interpreting results and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Civil Construction or related field.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in construction, preferably in finishing works.
- Strong leadership, planning, communication, and commercial acumen.
- Proven ability to manage complex construction projects on time and within budget.
- SOUND knowledge of HSE standards and quality control procedures.
