About the JobThe Cocoa Product Manager will design and implement a comprehensive, cost-effective and sustainable plan for product line ingredients. This role is responsible for identifying market potential, establishing pricing and market strategies, managing the product portfolio and maximizing profitability through optimization and synergies with the production chain, processes and risky operations.
Main Responsibilities:- Product Development: Prepare and coordinate product presentations and updates, local and global product supply and demand, and NY stock market fundamentals.
- Improvement Initiatives: Identify and coordinate improvements to current product features and functionality.
- Strategic Planning: Coordinate the strategic product plan, defining volume targets, product mix and margin in order to optimize the factory's production capacity and minimize the risks of raw material origination.
- Program Management: Plan, organize and coordinate assigned programs to achieve financial and budgetary goals and ensure portfolio profitability.
- Lifecycle Management: Manage the product life cycle as well as the P&L financial result.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Solid related work experience.
- English Advanced/Fluent.
- Experience with Risk Management.
- Stakeholder management and influence leadership.
- Holistic vision and systems thinking to lead changes and solve complex problems.
