Customer Success Manager

As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of Payoneer's partners in the LATAM region. Your primary objective will be to foster long-term relationships with our partners, leveraging your expertise to increase the payee population of their portfolios.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish strong partnerships with our Payoneer Partners in the LATAM region, focusing on a portfolio of 80-100 accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategies for onboarding, retention, and cross-selling initiatives to expand our partner base.
  • Work closely with customer success managers from Global Partners with local presence in LATAM to create a comprehensive growth plan that aligns with our regional business objectives.
  • Identify and capitalize on business opportunities, developing targeted go-to-market plans to match the evolving needs of our customers.
  • Collaborate with the Product and Marketing teams to enhance our product offerings for the region.
  • Utilize data analytics to inform business decisions, tracking performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Take an entrepreneurial approach to develop innovative solutions to drive growth.
  • Document and showcase successful business cases through compelling stories and case studies.
  • Promote industry awareness by participating in events, below-the-line activities, and representing Payoneer in relevant forums.
