Job Title: Strategic Product Growth Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to develop and implement product marketing strategies that drive growth, competitiveness, and profitability. This role is responsible for supporting the development of product marketing plans based on customer needs, product trends, and market data analysis.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive product marketing strategies that guarantee market share and competitiveness.
  • Manage the lifecycle of products and support future programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business equations.
  • Launch programs according to established direction and ensure successful implementation.
  • Track key performance indicators such as price, profit, and positioning, and analyze mix and volume tracking.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduate degree in Marketing, Engineering, or Business Administration.
  • Advanced level in English and Spanish (desirable).
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel, with knowledge of 4P's concept.
  • Experience in Product Planning/Product Management and familiarity with product development processes.
