The Role

We are seeking a skilled Venture Capital Support Analyst to join our Investor Services Support team. As a key member of our team, you will provide timely and accurate information to internal and external customers, ensuring seamless support and nurturing successful relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone and email channels
  • Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions in Salesforce
  • Triage incoming requests and identify trends/patterns to flag issues and potential solutions
  • Conduct demos and webinars with customers
  • Support front-line operations for all competencies managed by the IS Support Team
  • Contribute to the ongoing learning and success of the team/company through knowledge sharing and documentation
Requirements
  • English fluency required
  • Ability to articulate technical software issues and equity/finance/accounting-related questions in English
  • Comfortable learning quickly and taking on new challenges
  • Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure
  • Ability to communicate in a timely and accurate manner with customers and internal teams
  • Experience in a Customer Service or client-facing role within SaaS
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Equity, financial, or venture capital background a plus

Interview Process

We will review your application and schedule a phone interview to get to know each other. If that goes well, you will be given a written assessment to complete, and the final stage is a formal interview with several panels covering different aspects of the position.
