Are you a seasoned data scientist seeking new opportunities? This role may be the perfect fit. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will lead the development of data science initiatives focused on behavior analytics to enhance our associates' experiences and provide personalized services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement embedded analytics solutions to address complex business problems.
  • Design and deploy machine learning models to improve business processes and outcomes.
  • Communicate analytical findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data science and machine learning.

What You'll Do:

  • Extract valuable insights from unstructured data using natural language processing techniques.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand needs and define analytic requirements.
  • Extract, analyze, and manipulate data using Python and/or SQL.
  • Present insights back to the business through engaging presentations and visualizations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant coursework or a related field with 5+ years of experience in data science.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar tools.
  • Strong skills in data manipulation and analysis using SQL and other tools.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
  • Proven expertise in crafting, testing, and deploying ML projects in Python.
