About this role:

Responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth and achieve sales targets through effective merchandising and promotions
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment that reflects positively on the brand
  • Schedule and manage employee tasks and duties to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Recruit, train, and develop employees to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business results
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to minimize stockouts and overstocking
  • Complete regular sales reports and provide insights to senior management for informed decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in retail management with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a high-performing team
