About the Role:
  • Lead regional projects, providing expert knowledge and best practices in steel processing.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities and propose tailored solutions.
  • Develop customized technical solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Maintain client relationships, ensuring effective communication and satisfaction.
  • Partner with internal teams to configure solutions, covering technical, commercial, and contractual aspects.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, strengthening networks and brand reputation.
  • Manage CRM data accuracy and prepare sales reports and forecasts.
  • Conduct application tests and client training specific to the steel industry.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Metallurgical, Materials, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience in technical or consultative sales within the steel industry.
  • Knowledge of steel processes such as rolling, casting, heat treatment, automation, and control.

We seek a proactive, autonomous project leader with a results-oriented approach, excellent communication skills, and strategic thinking. Advanced English is mandatory, with Spanish being a plus.
