About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at TTEC. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a sales team through coaching, mentoring, and motivating, using proven sales and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a sales team to achieve high levels of performance and meet sales goals
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to continue meeting sales goals and reduce customer cancellations
  • Analyze business goals, customer, and agent data to find areas of continuous improvement
  • Build knowledge on client products and services and communicate effectively with customers
Requirements
  • Advanced or fluent English
  • Bachelor's degree (completed)
  • Good communication, proactivity, relationship, and strong leadership skills
  • Demonstrated success in previous experiences with a proven ability to define, refine, and implement successful sales processes, procedures, and policies
